JH Boys Summer Strength and Speed Camp 2018
Smith Middle School
Workouts begin July 23rd and run through August 9th. We will have workouts Monday through Thursday from 5 pm to 7 pm for the three weeks of workouts.
Everyone will warm up at the weight room. Please Be 15 minutes early to warmup.
Incoming 7th and 8th grade boys will be allowed to the workouts. For the first hour we will have agility and running, and for the 2nd hour we will lift weights.
Students must have physical for athletics to workout.
You are strongly encouraged to attend everyday.
